Provided by SuperpagesI have twice now tried to order a replacemente wheelchair. I started in July in 2014, and on 12/31/14 received the OK from my isnurance company to get a chair....no way to get on in less than a day and be on 2014 insurance.I started earlier, May 2016 with Nu motion to do the same. PT eval June....two months passed no communication from Nu Motion, I kept emailing and calling...no response. Finally got a hold of the chair person, and was told, oh you need to go see your doc face to face. (lost 2 + months). Got that done, no communications except promises via email to update me. Got thru today, and was told they just sent the paperwork in (Oct 31). With lead time on a chair they are going to do me the same "service" as they did in 2014.They should take away any mention of customer support, speed, responsiveness from their website.

Provided by SuperpagesAt least when this company was ATG you could leave a message and someone would get back to you. I know it is a holiday week, but it's not even New Year's Eve yet and all I get from the office is repeat after repeat of their voice mail message. Really lousy service for a CP child who has a flat tire. I'll try again on January 2. HAPPY NEW YEAR,,,HA HA.
