I wish I could give it zero stars. I went in on Monday, April 21st to possibly do a trade in with my 2014 Dodge Ram for a 2015 300S. They wanted to take my truck for a test drive so I saw them pull the truck out front. I am waiting about 10-15 minutes and they still aren't back. The service manager (didn't know it was the service manager till later) walks behind me and goes to the right of the building (where they parked my truck--didn't know thats where my truck was). I still didn't know they were back at the time. The service manager walks back past me into the service station. The sales rep and the owner of this place come walking real fast past me and says have you ever seen your truck say "Service Shifter". I said no. The service manager comes out with them and tells me that this is common and the shifter won't turn or switch gears and that they can't look at it right now because they're closing soon and they have to take it all apart to see what's wrong. I have had the truck for 14 months and it has never once done that. I find it odd that the service manager walked past me, was gone for a couple minutes, comes back and then the sales guy and owner come right in after he walks past me and they say this about my truck. I don't like to accuse anyone of something like this, but this was too fishy to me that the shifter just all of sudden stopped working after they took it for a test drive (I saw them drive past the building when they said they were going to drive it around). If it was going to do this, it would have done it from the start when they first went to my truck. Not when they got back and put it in park. All in all, this was too fishy for me to ever want to buy a car from there or ever recommend them. They even told me I had to pay for a rental car $35/day so I had to have my girlfriend come pick me up. Then had my boss pick me up the next morning to go to the dealer and demand a rental because it wasn't my fault and I wasn't driving when this happened. The whole deal with them fixing it seemed sketchy as well. I went in my truck before I left the dealer that day and I couldn't turn the shifter, but when I came the next morning for the rental car, they were able to move it. I have had them do work before and they have always had to bring my truck up front when I got there. This time, it was just sitting on the side of the service entrance. The sad thing is, if this never happened to my truck, they would have had me leaving there with a new 300. I would be hesitant to anyone dealing with this dealership. I would never recommend them and I will never use them again.

Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a wonderful place to go in search of a new car. They have a variety of models to show you the different features, they're not overly persistent and pushy about the sales. they're looking to find you the vehicle that best suits your needs. Bob Roper showed us the 2013 Dodge Dart and the Avenger, and I ended up purchasing a brand new, bright orange Dodge Dart right off the showroom floor. I'd highly recommend them to anyoe.

It was awesome and I love my Jeep Patriot. Everything went very smooth and was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great and made it more of an experiance then just a transaction. My parents are looking at the jeep liberty or Patriot and they live out of town and I told them that they should check them out when they come down to visit.

Brian the sales manager lacks common courtesy and is willing to use under-handed tactics in an effort to sell you a car. This behavior is representative of the owners business methods. There are plenty of other dealerships in this area to purchase from and I wouldn't recommend this one!

I had to look a couple of times to be sure I was signed in to the correct dealer review page. I am stunned at the bad reviews.
I went to this dealership looking for a very specific vehicle. Not only did they have what I wanted all in one vehicle, unlike other dealers, but they had a better vehicle for less than the competitors. Dustin was the sales pro who helped me, and he did so with dignity, respect toward me, professionalism better than any other I had experienced, and was patient and courteous in answering my very intense and driven questions....complete with a winning smile!
I also do not believe a female must have a male with her to get the best car deal out there.......Dustin proved my beliefs to be true. I had done my homework and knew what I could get for what amount. What I didn't know is that, with Dustins help, I would come away with even more features on my vehicle for the same (actually lower) price than I had anticipated based on the information I had from Consumer Reports, etc.
This grandma-ma could not be happier if I had designed the deal myself! I really loved my previous van, but I believe my new van is going to be every bit as special, and more! Thank you Dustin, for putting me into such a gorgeous van, for a great deal!
I would be pleased to suggest Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone looking for their next vehicle. (Hint: there was a drop dead gorgeous Jeep and a head -turning Charger in the show room just waiting for some one to come take them home!)

Please stay away. These guys are notoriously bad. Brian the salesmanager and the owner were unbelievably rude. I understand that they encourage their employees to write good reviews, but I couldn't honestly recommend these guys to anyone. It's not worth the trouble of saving a few hundred dollars (assuming you can find a deal here).

There are no equitable deals with these guys. You are in for the hard sell or no sell.
I researched the values of not only my trade but also of the car I was interested in prior to my visit. None of that mattered, don't think that by treating these guys fairly they will treat you in the same manner.
Rude and ridiculous, now I wish I would have bought someplace else. These guys practice dirty tricks like no other dealer I have experienced.
I began dealing with them and they took my trade to the service area for appraisal, I actually feared these snakes would do something unethical with my trade-in if I tried to stop negotiations on the car I was looking at...
Ultimately, I worked hard for more hours than I should and finally they agreed to a deal I thought I could live with.
Then to my surprise once the paperwork came out, they ignored the deal we had worked and put the numbers they wanted on the sales agreement and refused to change them.
I have an excellent credit score and have purchased numerous cars over the years. This is by far the worst most insulting car buying experience I have ever had. I regret buying from these guys because they don't deserve my business and I have now paid way too much for the car I wanted.
Like I mentioned earlier, once I saw what was going on with these guys, I wanted out of the situation. I truly feared they would damage the car I had brought as a trade if I asked to stop negotiations or rescinded the "deal".

First the trade in i had.. they wanted to give me 3500 dollars less then what kbb trade in value was.. a flwaless car.. they couldn't even find a scratch on it... then i was going to finance through them.. with two credit score over 700 they wanted me to have a 10% interest payment.. I am young but have bought 5 vehicles from dealerships. worst evperience ever.. to get the price were i wanted i had to leave.. BUT i had to threaten the manager to get him to give me the keys to my jeep... i will never go to this dealer.. or never recomend them to anyone..
