Bill Allen and his crew are nothing short of incredible! What first drew me to the Mechanics Plus family was the amazing work they do in our community to help the homeless in our area. They don't just throw money at the problem, they are out on the streets; meeting, greeting and helping!

Bill treats all of his customers as if they were his family. He has a business to run, which he does well; but he doesn't exploit his services. He's honest & fair. He will tell you what you need, but more importantly, he'll tell you what you don't.

Recently, I woke up and started my car, only to have it scream louder than a cat walking on hot coals. I was petrified; the screaming sounded expensive. I'm a single mom without a big support system. Bill took my car in right away to look at it. Within 10 minutes, he was sitting down with me explaining with patience, gentleness and detail exactly what was going on. He had my car fixed in no time and I left with my wallet in tact and a smile on my face.

I am so happy to find this place. Great knowledge of Toyotas. Fast, knowledgeable, courteous service. (Good pricing, but not at the expense of quality repair)

I have had three cars serviced at this business. I have found them to be honest, timely , and they do quality work.

Best.Shop.Ever. I trust Bill and his staff of expert mechanics. They truly care about the work they do and give 110% customer satisfaction. Bill goes above and beyond-I mean really-how often is your mechanic going to give you his cell phone number and answer any time you call. I have his number and have used it several times. I believe in good reviews which is why I am writing one-without even being asked! My car is like my baby and Mechanics Plus is a great babysitter! Don't look any further-trust me-Bill is honest, hardworking and goes the extra mile!

This is a scammer! STAY AWAY..The only reason he got a star is because I had to give him at least one.



Took it in to have a water pump replaced and he told us we had a cracked head in the engine. HE wanted to charge us 3500 dollars and when we said we couldnt afford it he then tried to sell us a car.

We took it to a mechanic on 434 and 17-92 and got a second opinion to find out that is was indeed the water pump and there were no signs of a cracked head. Car has been running good ever since.
