After listening to the used car salesman talk about how honest he was and how much he wanted to help people I purchased a used car. This was after I had asked if there were any major issues with the car and I was told that it ran great and there was nothing major wrong with it. Was assured that their "team" thoroughly inspects these vehicles and would not risk their reputation by putting a bad car on the lot. Literally got two miles down the road and the check engine light came on. Looks like a busted radiator as coolant resevoir is empty and fluid has sprayed everywhere near the radiator on the driver's side. I contacted my salesman about the engine light coming on but no response, so I won't waste any more of my time doing that. Anyway, taking it in to another dealer for service so who knows what else is wrong. FYI, I did do a short test drive but not far enough apparently. My advice is to avoid this dealership at least when it comes to used cars. This was my first used car purchase and my last.
UPDATE 11-23-2016 Radiator is confirmed busted, catalytic converter is shot and multiple other issues confirmed by reputable dealer mechanic. Total estimated cost thus far? $2,300.00!!! If you read this review and buy a used car here and run into problems...blame yourself as you have been warned.

I purchased a car here new in 2011, there were very friendly upon the sale but have had terrible customer service ever since signing.
Upon trying to refund my extended warranty the finance department has made up loops for me to jump through in order to drag the process out as long as possible. They refuse to answer questions regarding when they will process the refund. They don't reply to my emails and make up excuses as to why they have not performed their end of the processing. Additionally multiple employees abruptly hang up the phone when they don't want to give a straight answer. This is extremely rude and I will not be buying another car from this dealer in the future.
If you have any problems after signing the dotted line you can bet it wont be handled.

Kings recenty performed the 30,000 mile service on my Mazdaspeed 3. Jason Moore and the rest of the service staff did their usual excellent job. No complaints; Kings has a first-rate service department.

Pat was the woman who handled the financing for me at Kings Mazda. This is the second time I have worked with Pat on a new purchase/lease and I will definitely send anyone looking for a new car her way! Pat clearly explained what to expect for payments as well as answered any questions I had. I am completely blown away by the help that Kings Mazda provides!

The purchase experience was fine! The salesperson offered his vehicle for me to use while I got an auto dimming Homelink mirror installed! The courtsey driver was very friendly.
