I am from out-of-town and was briefly in Cincinnati visiting family this holiday season. After looking around the area, and calling several shoe repair businesses, JCL had flexible working hours and had quick turnaround service. My repair was somewhat unique and multiple other businesses wouldn't even commit to trying to complete my repair which included taking in an in-seam on a black vinyl knee-high boot. JCL did an EXCELLENT job and one would never notice that these boots had been altered! Outstanding craftsmanship and speedy turnaround. I highly recommend! Worth every penny.
