Liked my stylist and the way she did my hair, but when I tried to communicate how I wanted to meet some special needs caregiving had created for me, I received a phone call from someone associated with my stylist who told me they were calling on her behalf who was so rude I was afraid to even call again. I tried to resolve the situations with letters, but the truth of the matter is that it wasn't going to be resolved until that very rude phone call was acknowledged and apologized for, and that never happened. Had I ever heard a complaint from one of my clients, I would have apologized for a rude phone call up one side and down the other and done everything I could do to make it right; therefore, I can't do business with any organization that doesn't do that.
