I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records from the Western Ridge location for nursing school and was told that I need to go down to the Dixmyth location to do so. Well I went to this location, and they had no immunization record for me. I spoke with a nurse at the location and she stated I need to go back to where my internal physician is, which happens to be at Western Ridge. The nurse stated this happens all the time and they don't understand that the Dixmyth location only has employee records. I now have to waste yet another day because of the incompetence of this office. I am switching doctors because of this experience.

Was force to take patient transport to hos when my wife or even me could drive this is nothing but a money scam I work all day and was feeling good but my doc wanted me to be check out good scam
