Omg. Our dogs looked a mess when we picked them up and our Bichon was bleeding on both of his ears. We did go a little long in between grooming's but we did not expect to see our Maltese and bichon completely shaved down with a #2. They have never been both bathed and groomed in under an hour so we know it was a rush job. I took my chances on a neighborhood business only to be terribly disappointed.

I've taken my dog here twice. The first time he wasn't cut very well but he didn't come back scared or anything so I figured next time I would be more specific on what I wanted. The second time I took him though, she claimed he bit his tongue and was bleeding a little but it stopped and he should be fine. Upon further inspection I realized she had nicked his face and the bleeding has yet to stop and I can't find any discernable cuts on his actual tongue. Definitely will not be going back a third time.
