On Saturday April 22 I visited the Miller lane location in Dayton Ohio. I rarely comment on service however the service I received was unacceptable. I had asked for a sandwich and salad. I requested the salad first. Sitting at my table for 20 minutes nothing was served. When my sandwich came no salad came Cole slaw was in its place. The waitress could not remember! When paying my bill the salad was removed from the total. The manager in charge adjusted but not once did she ask how everything was. I finally spoke up and informed her the service was not good. She then proceeded to tell me how busy they were. I think she must have thought I was blind as the restaurant only had one large party another waitress was taking care of and two other additional tables for our waitress to accommodate
I did not appreciate the lack of concern shown on this visit. I am not asking for anything other than to have a person in charge from your office visit this store and determine how to treat your guests. If you feel the need to contact me please email me

What have you done? Finally, tonight I was going to have my all time Favorite, a Big Boy and some delicious onion rings. Oh my, it was sad!! So very sad. The Big Boy had lost its taste, oh and the onion rings not even edible for human consumption. My memories of Friday nights there in Norwood, Ohio, my cousin would load me and my brother up for a treat. Drive up to Frisch's for supper and then the drive in movies. Tonight my taste buds and my mouth were watering, just waiting for what I knew was going to take me back to those times. Oh, it was sad, so sad. did you get health conscious or something ? Disappointing, I had waited 2 years before I would even indulge, oh the disappointment.

I am a former employee.. Who was currently released unairly and mistreated. I can not in words descrjve how i feel right now. Not only to be dismissded but under the circumstances of cruality..

Yesterday at around 200 pm I order hash browns hot fudge cake at the window I had. some change so I order a big boy now that was a bad decision I order it at the pay window and as soon as I said it ,it was at the cashiers window .I'm 2 min from frishes on central pay when I was still in the car I opened the sandwich to take a bite it was dry looking and it wasn't a big boy it was a cheeseburger wrapped in paper.from this morning till now I still have diarrhea . Smh. That the cook would serve a cold,old burger just to save food that was sitting there I talked to my nutrition is at the dia. center I go to she said it was bad food. I only ate there yesterday so long no it was u r restaurant
