Truly a five star company! My move took place in a very short notice from Indianapolis to Florida. I literally gave first national one week notice and was skeptical on whether or not it can even be done in a professional manner with such little time to plan dispatch and work with John . I also researched a few other companies and yes, everyone has the good and the bed but I guess altogether they had the least amount of complaints and the better ratings out of the few that I researched. When the guys did show up, everything went smooth. My items were disassembled and wrapped nicely, it was a full packing job so the tedious process of packing dishes and miscellaneous things was all up to them and it was done professionally and the guys really seem like they cared. They didn't just throw all random items into a box and shut it, they actually organized and labeled the boxes.Altogether they did a stellar job and I would recommend first national to anyone who is planning on moving.

First National Moving and Storage did a great job with our move! It's the first move (out of 3) that we didn't have any missing or broken items. The working crew was respectful and cheerful. They were careful not to bang walls or ceilings. They were prompt to arrive on time too! I would recommend this company to anyone who is getting ready to move!

I had to write this review because my move went very well. It didn't start off good for me because I did not want to even move but family comes first so I had no choice. I have lived in my home for 18 years and have acquired a lot of things that are important to me so the company I choose had to offer full pack and I wanted them to have a family feel.



When I first talked to Micheal I knew that he was different . He paid very close attention to everything and made me feel comfortable. He reviewed and re-reviewed everything for me... So I was ready to move and get this company here. I did everything I was suppose to do before they showed up but wow when they got here they moved so fast you would think I only had a one bedroom house. They had me packed and out of the house in five hours..



So I arrived to my new home and within a week my things arrived. The delivery team was just as helpful as the pickup team. They had me moved into my new home in a flash and I felt comfortabl

I have to move very often because of my job, so I know how difficult and nervous this process is. Something is always going wrong! I hired First National Moving and Storage because my friend recommended them, and I was really surprised that my move was so great and smooth! I didn't expect that! My moving team was fast and handled everything with care. They were very professional and didn't waste time making the move cost more. Their customer support was so nice and polite, she contacted me before pick up and after delivery. Great company! I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company! I was so stressed about moving but when the team of 3 arrived they explained me how the whole process would be and I felt more comfortable. They were polite and friendly, listened to what I asked them to do, and were careful with my belongings. They did a wonderful job, thank you!

I called first national after hearing from my cousin who used their services. I wasn't disappointed, especially since this was my first independent moving to a place closer to my job. Nothing went missing so I was super relieved. The transition was over in a day (but then again, short distance). Price was reasonable. The moving guys were also very polite and helpful.

Great moving experience and based on my personal experiences, I would definitely recommend their services! Very detail oriented, attentive, and professional in all that they do. Their workers reflect the professionalism that they adhere to. The entire moving process from setting up the appointment to the actual moving day were very hassle free and everything was moved successfully in one piece. Would definitely recommend them!

The First National moving and storage Movers were very kind to me, very attenptive and carefull with my stuff. They did all the service very fast and always with a special look over my fragil objects. The price was quite fair and the following was very precise.Now i wont need to move for a while but i´m sure, the next time i need a service like this they will be my first call.

I knew when I took my new job offer about a year ago that moving periodically was in the package. So I just completed my first cross country move and I can honesty say, it went flawless because of First National Moving and Storage.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. SMOKING IN HOUSE, FRAUDULENT CHARGES, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.



Where to start with this, I was doing a military move from WV to NC. Unfortunately I was not in WV at the time to arrange the move, I was away for some training that month and left my wife to manage it. She began the booking process with an estimated 500 cu ft space. On pickup they said we have 750 cu ft, got caught smoking in my house, and when confronted by my wife, they said "why are you complaining like a baby" (I was away for military unfortunately). On delivery, our stuff was in 500 cu ft (NOT 750) in-between other peoples stuff on a truck (I was in the middle). I have video of the driver saying it was only 500 cu ft. They fraudulently charged 250 extra cu ft. I filed a claim 26 may, and have heard NOTHING from the company. I called to confirm they had the claim, and all they told me was yes, nothing else. I also had to follow them to get weight tickets they were supposed to provide.

I was so impressed with the two movers assigned to our move. They were personable, kind, courteous, and very professional. I just can't say enough good about them. I would totally use them again for another move if and when I have another one. thanks so much.

The young lady that help set up move was very sweet and helpful. The crew was on time and very professional. Worked quickly but took very good care of my items. I have used First National 4 times now and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend this company. This company makes a very hard and stressful time a little easier. Thank all of you at First National Moving and Storage. for runnning such a great company.

These guys are some of the best movers I've ever done business with. They moved our townhouse with complete efficiency and were quick and careful. The first company I've worked with that was not late! If you need movers at a great price, I think this is the best company in town!

First National Moving and Storage was mostly great. A little expensive, which is the only reason that we aren't giving them 5 stars. The young men that moved us were very nice and respectful to both us and our belongings. We received our belongings on time and without without any damage, which is very import ants as it is a common situation when something is missing or broken. So yes they were expensive, but you get what you pay for. We'd definitely hire them again!

I am thankful to every one. The Movers, the office staff etc. They were in charge of my move last month. I was little hesitant at the beginning because I could have gone with a cheaper company but the reputation of this company forced me to hire them. They proved that I made the right decision. Timely pickup and delivery, stress free transition, very reasonable price, wonderful customer service, great packing and loading skills made sure we got the best possible service. I would obviously hire this company whenever I need moving services again.

My experience with the First National Moving and Storage went entirely smooth from start to finish. The two men that moved my items were fast, diligent, safe and careful with the moving process. In the past I had always moved myself so hiring professional movers was a new concept for me. I was very impressed with the overall service and would highly recommend them!

All I can say is that this moving company did a great job into moving my items into my house I can't think this moving company anymore I'm truly blessed to be working with this moving company thank you guys for helping me from start to finish I want to appreciate all you guys did and all the work they did to get me into my house thank you very much and I just recommend everyone to select for First National, thank you for everything.

I called First National Moving and Storage and was given an appointment within 2 days. They accounted for all furniture in their estimate. The day of the move, they were extremely gentle with each piece of furniture, wrapping them all in a way that prevented any damage. Upon arrival to the new home, they asked where to place all the furniture, built them with care and really took care of them. They were very professional from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My friends told me that in general moving is a bad experience as sometimes things don't arrive at destination (missing), movers are slow (walking around) and it is pricey. I found that the only thing that was correct in those statements is the cost. It was more than other moving companies offered, but I got such a great service, speedy workers, and all my items arrived unbroken and undamaged. I have no regrets about choosing First National Moving and Storage.

After selling my home, I decided to use a moving company at the last minute. I called around and got several quotes with First National Moving and Storage coming in at the best value for me. Driver and crew arrived later than scheduled but we were able to adjust the start time. Once the crew got started they wrapped and packed each item with care and loaded it for transport. Unloading went very smoothly. I will definitely consider this company again for my moving meeds.
