Great place to go wedding dress shopping!! The staff was very professional and listened to what the bride wanted. All of their dresses were absolutely beautiful. When browsing around to see what you like, their dresses weren't in bags so you could easily see if it was something you might want to try on or not. Their staff was very friendly and did not pressure me into buying my dress that day.

Terrible experience at European Bridal! My daughter was in town from San Diego. We had an appointment and brought a group of her best friends and family. The service was terrible! The woman helping us left my daughter in a wedding dress and was gone for a long time. We decided to leave and go to another bridal shop only to find her helping someone else. My daughter complained about the service and one of the employees was yelling at her down the street as we left. Don't waste your time or your money here!

horrible girls there dont know their job and they are deceiving.. because of them i was stuck with a wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding that couldnt be altered or anything.. i am petite size and altho they measured me they ordered a very big size and in the wrong color.. i went to professional seamstress and fashion designer and nobody could fix it, the only way to be fixed was to tear it up and remake it which there was no reason, i paid 1500 for that dress while online its just 300.. the only thing they care at european bridal is to make a sale.. they had me waiting for that dress 6 months while online i could get it in less than a month.. and when i went to try it the woman who helped me choose it avoided me, instead she send another toung girl and i was kind of worry when i tried it bcs it was too big so i didnt notice the color that moment. they kept repeating that everything can be fixed by the seamstress but the truth is they have no idea what can be fixed or not on wedding dresses... i sent them an email complaining about it and their answer was that i signed a contract so there isnt anything that we could do.. i had to run last week before my wedding to find and buy another dress for 1000 dollars and be stuck with a 1500 wedding dress they sold me with the repeating excuse "seamstress can fix this, seamstress can fix that blah blah blah" enjoy my 1500 dollars european bridal....

This review is based on experience with Amy. She was so warm and friendly and I could tell she was excited to work with me. She asked me what kind of dresses I liked. When I wasn't sure, she was very patient and helpful. I went the first time to look around, and the second time to finalize buying the dress. They have an exquisite jewelry selection, and while the wedding dress selection isn't extremely large it is very diverse. The only drawback to this shop is that dresses are very expensive.

This is the most wonderful place. I cannot say enough about it. It has everything you would want in terms of service great sales people, and atmosphere. I was so overwhelmed in some of the other bridal shops. In many shops there are too many dresses and over zealous sales people - think used car salesman. European Bridal is an individual experience where the staff seems almost as excited about your wedding as you are. The selection is not huge (of course they could order just about anything) but they carry some designers that are not available just anywhere. that doesn't mean that they are an overpriced designer place. They carry a wide range of prices. The seamstress they use (also very friendly) is amazing. I had a dress that was difficult to alter and when she was done, it fit like a glove and looked perfect.
