I had a very positive experience here. Ashley was so nice and compassionate, took very good care of me!

I took my step-son there when he was sick and he hates doctor's offices. Our experience was made so much better by Tara who actually had him smiling by the time we left. Thank you!!

I went there on September 26, 2016 for a pre-employment drug screen I signed in gave the receptionist my driver's license and took a seat. A young male Specimen Processor came out and called my name his name is Garrett and took me back to do the drug test. He told me to empty my pockets and wash my hands and I did he then proceeds to explain what's next to my surprise he tells me I can not have any tissue to use while I'm doing the drug test meaning you use the restroom pull your pants up and then you can clean yourself up afterwards, so I used the cup put in on the restroom floor and opened the door slightly and told him to get it and give me some tissue and he did just that. Long story short they the forms back to the employer that I did not show up for the test. I called back and talked to Christine and she said you're in our computer I remember checking you in and said it was a computer glitch and suggested that I could come back and take it over I told her no not there. I'm not happy with them because I called Christine at 10:04am October 5, 2016 and explained everything to her and left my number she did not call me back I had to call her back at 3pm she could've returned my phone call with that generic excuse she gave me (her word's to be exact.

I took my adult son to East Side after 2 weeks of nausea, night fevers and fatigue. The Doctor's only advice was for him to force himself to eat. Fortunately, I was able to get him in to see my family practitioner later the same day. He identified a large abdominal mass and ordered further tests. Following the advice given by the East Side physician could easily have cost my son's life as we later learned he had symptoms of liver cancer! Additionally, the receptionist was rude to the point of nastiness! Perhaps they should consider changing to veterinary medicine.

I have been here many times. I was shocked to find out they advertise a 30 minute wait time or less, as In the at least half a dozen times I have been here, the wait has never been less than 2 HOURS, even when the waiting room has been empty. I had to stay an extra hour one time while they figured out my insurance, and the doctors I have seen haven't listened to my concerns and even been rude. I continued going because it was close but I won't go again - It just isn't worth it. Seems like thier #1 concern is getting you out the door, certainly not the care you get after such an extensive wait.

This Urgent Care is wonderful!I have kids that get sick at all the wrong times.This urgent care,the staff and physicians are some of the most caring docs I have ever met.They have xray right there and do their best to make you comfortable and cared for.They are open late and all weekends.I have never waited more that 30minutes after registering to see a doc & like the fact that they scan your insurance info instead of leaving it lay around for others.They have vending machines so I can get treats for the kids & a flat screen tv too.I like this place and the doctors. I am glad they are there when I need them.

I know from personal experience that waiting is normally what one does at an urgent care center...however, Eastside Urgent Care is not a normal urgent care. First off, the people that work there are actually FRIENDLY!! I know..a true shock. And they're fast...yes, that's right...it's not a typo...they are fast. I only wish they could become my primary care physicians!
