A+++ to everyone who works there. From my first phone call to saying thank you and good bye to Dr. Donath and Penny - it was a great experience. The professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of everyone - Penny, Nicole, Hailey and Dr. Donath completely set my mind at ease. I had met with four other plastic surgeons and never felt comfortable enough until I came to your office. All my questions after the surgery were answered quickly which is appreciated when you are concerned about your appearance.

Nicole is wonderful to work with. She listens to what I want and works to achieve that look. She is also concerned with my comfort.

The level of attention and follow up was outstanding. Concern for my comfort and satisfaction was paramount. Well credentialed staff were always warm and welcoming. I felt like I was the only patient being seen each time.
