DO NOT GO HERE !!! All I wanted was my interior cleaned up which I had detailed the day before I took it to this hell hole ! $ 96.00 for what they offer on their website sounded like a great deal and exciting deal but let me tell you that $ 96.00 just cost me an extra $250.00 because of the work Joseph did. I called she was nice lady , sold me pretty quick . Met the Owner guy he seemed like a nice guy . Dropped my car off for 3 hours picked it up seats still damp ... ok now what ? Owner guy says leave the windows down so it will air out. 1 day later the car starts smelling like dirty socks . Hmmm I say ? I had a PROFESSIONAL DETAILER COME CHECK OUT THE SMELL ... they say mam the man who did this did not extract the water and now it is turning into mildew and mold !! it has to be ozodone to remove what I just paid to have done from these scammers !! I called The owner guy yesterday 6/26 and he said sorry I'm not refunding your money and blamed the smell on me saying it was dirty . Well duh that's why I paid to have it detailed not ruined , not mildew to the point my kids can't get in my car ? This guy is a absolute clueless and if you want to pay to have your car ruined go for it but in the end you will pay more to fix it as in the damage the guy who has no experience in detailing will create for you . P.S. if I could click no stars I would !

I recenly bought a car that was a diamond in the rough. The previous owner had smoked and probably never even washed the car. Whenever I drove it, the dirt on the steering column turned my hands grey and they smelled. I took the car to Pleasant Ridge Auto Detailing on the recommendation of a neighbor. They did a fabulous job. I thought I had a new car, it looked so good. They completely got rid of the smoke odor, too. Additionally, because I live in the area, they gave me a ride home and picked me back up when the car was done. Great job!
