I like the fact that they will back up their work 100 %. I will not take my tailoring work elsewhere.They will give advice on suits as I am looking to buy one in the near future. That kind of service is long gone but still needed. Thank You

I'm a short, busty fashion bug who's, frustrated over alterations. All the shops in HydePark, Mt Lookout, and Loveland dont care about my unique needs, but I found one in Glendale that does! While buying shoes at Ronkers I saw alterations across the street so I tried them. The difference is night vs day! They're so friendly I felt like I'm their only customer! Travis took my information (hot dude! wonder if he's single) Lena shows me the dressing room so I put on my dress then a peppy, chipper guy studies me in it. I am very impressed because instead of saying I'm hard to fit,he says "You have a great shape, and great taste in fashion. With darts this dress will compliment your shape." This is the only shop I've ever been to that has low prices and compliments instead of making me feel like I'm a problem. ALTERATION WHILE U WAIT is a gem! Lena, her peppy measuring guy and Travis are a godsend!! After searching all over Cincinnati I'll NEVER go anywhere else but ALTERATIONS WHILE U WAIT

GUARANTEED to be PERFECT? At first I was sceptical. That guarantee sounds foolhearty and I think someone else also reviewed it as "arrogant" Well those guys at Alterations While U Wait must have super powers, because I've been there three times, and now I too am a believer!!! Everything has always been perfect! Paul Cariaga, the owner, says that he refuses to have an unhappy customer, and he's convinced me! I believe I'm going to be their customer for life!

The same high level people attend follow-ups so it is necessary for me to dress new. I am often given notice as short as three days, which gives me little time to shop, and even less time for alterations! Alterations While U Wait, (Cincinnati 772-7799) came through for me! Three suits I purchased needed the pants hemmed, and the coats were too long and too wide. HOW COULD ALL THAT BE DONE BY THE NEXT DAY??? Alterations While U Wait told me not to worry; they would get it done that evening! Paul, the owner, said that if they didnt finish by closing then he would stay late to work on them and call me when he finished. I could not believe it, but they made a believer out of me!! I stopped in at 6pm and they were just finishing! I think my search is over. Alterations While U Wait, You guys are WONDERFUL! INCREDIBLE! U RAWK!!!Phing

When the hem fell out of my skirt, Alterations While U Wait repaired it for FREE! While I WAITED !!!I was making a sales presentation when something began to tickle my leg. When I looked behind me, it was my skirt hem; it had fallen out in the back! It was somewhat embarrassing, but really annoying. I took it to a place near the presentation site and they wanted me to leave it with them for two weeks. I wasnt scheduled to be back in that area until next year, so I declined. When I got home, I found Alterations While U Wait in Cincinnati. I was incredu-lous when the owner told me over the phone that my skirt hem could be repaired quickly, and after arriving there, I was amazed when the repair was done for FREE!!! Most things I buy fit without any alterations, but if I ever do need it, I know where to take it! Thanks, Alterations While U Wait. (p.s. Your name is too long.
