This daycare is amazing! Do not let the lady bashing them make you run away. I had my own financial problems as we all do and I fell behind on my bill and due to personal problems I lost my spot for my girls. Its in no way the centers fault. It is my own. I am patiently waiting for a spot to open back up for them. I would rather wait for a spot to open then take my precious children anywhere else.
My daughter had severe separation anxiety before she attended this daycare and now she loves coming here. They also worked with her on a few other aspects and now outside of the daycare she does wonderful.
The only thing they ask is that they get paid for the wonderful job that they do taking care of your most important things in the world. And in my opinion the work they do with the kids is worth every penny and then some!
And just in case you missed it I said I was on the waiting list... YES! This daycare is so good there is a waiting list!

The center is well secure and the young women working in the childcare rooms are nice girls. The owners just simply ruin any good attribute the facility has to offer. They are abrasive, ill mannered, and put financial gain over child welfare. RUN AWAY!!
This parent always argued about extra fees due because she would keep her children here all day and pick them up after close and have a late fee or pay her bill late and argue about paying the tuition. (how dare us charge her for overtime we pay our teachers)It is sad that parents try to get back at the owners for running the business right. The same people do the same thing over and over and complain when they are called out. Its a shame that she does not mention what a great facility the owners have and is mad because of a bill she does not want to pay. In one of the most regulated industries it is all about the children, pay your bills on time and follow the rules outlined and you will never hear from the owners

For those citing the BBB record, check it out, but don't be misled by the rating...out of the 5 complaints received in the last 36 months, 4 were for billing/payment/collection issues and only ONE was listed as a service complaint.
Not only have we never had a "billing" issue (you pay your bill when it is due and you will have not problems) the service has been wonderful. Anytime we have had a concern, which is rare, we have taken it straight to the director who handles it immediately and politely.
As a parent seeking quality care in Cincinnati, I would recommend this school/daycare to anyone and would not be phased by problems other people had with payments or refunds. If it involved quality of care, safety, health or one of those key issues it would be a different story.
Do your research and make sure you have the facts! Compared to other daycare facilities in town, this one is top quality...we would not send our child there if we didn't think so.

We had a troubling concern with the first daycare my (then, 13 mo old) child attended. It was his first time away from me and at first we thought that his behaviors were a result of the new change in his schedule along with separation anxiety. Well, to make a long story short we concluded that the problems were in direct correlation with the facility. We have since moved his care to ABC and the turn around is rewarding. The educational curriculum is great, even for our (now) 16 mo old! Developmentally, as well as socially, and everything in between, ABC is a great place to choose for child care. They ensure safety as well as a peace of mind-from a parents perspective- they have a secure web-cam system too.
