I was calling around talking to professionals to see if I needed to address a bee swarm/nesting issue that I have on my front porch. When I spoke to a rep at Salt City Pest Elimination they immediately said I needed to have it looked at and it would be roughly $165 and went on to explain how they perform their service. Skeptical but desperate I kept the unrequested appointment. A few hours later I received a call back from another company I called earlier and left a message with. They advised it would be a matter of days until they stopped building their nest due to frosting and will be gone shortly thereafter. He also walked me through checking to ensure they hadn't broke into the house (which they didn't). Shortly after a 3rd company called me back and had the same results (no need this year/time of year). So I decided at the very least I needed to do more research and called Salt City Pest Elimination back and left a detailed message canceling my appointment. Someone showed up at my house anyways at 9:15am this morning and I had the displeasure of informing him that I had left a message yesterday canceling my appt.. He was nice enough about it and went on his way. 10minutes later I received a call at my home from a Salt City Pest Elimination Mgr. reaming me out and not letting me speak....saying don't EVER call us again for ANYTHING. I was then hung up on. So this manager thought it was okay to call a family residence and yell at the first person they spoke to, a man yelling at a woman no less. I walked away a little scared and feeling like I was assaulted.
