I work for an insurance company and frequently hear stories about poor repairs, or customer service from different shops. For the 6 years that I have been dealing with shops in the Chicagoland area, I have not ONCE heard a complaint about the work done at P&G. Not only is their work great, but their customer service is second to none. Ezequiel and his family are always very pleasant to speak with - almost as if they were family of mine. :) I would recommend this shop to anyone! Trabajo para una compania de seguros, y muy frecuentemente, escucho cuentos de mal arreglos, y mal servicio de cliente de varios talleres. De los 6 anos que he trabajado con todas las talleres en el area de Chicago, NUNCA he escuchado una queja del trabajo de P&G Auto Body. No solo es excepcional el trabajo que hacen, pero su servicio de cliente es segundo a ninguna. Ezequiel y su familia siempre son SUPER amables y me siento como si yo estuviera hablando con mi propia familia! Recomiendo este taller!!
