I hired Magana construction to do some work at my home in October 2008. In the process of putting in new cement stairs, Magana destroyed all of my landscapping and stained all of my sidewalks with the sealer that was put on the stairs. Not only did they stain my sidewalks, but they also cracked my walkway. Magana drove the cement truck on the sidewalk and cracked several slabs. I was told that they were aware that they had cracked the sidewalks and he would replace them when the syairs were finished. But unfortunately he never came back. The contract stated that he would also take my railings down and have them stripped and painted. It took me until January 2009 to get my railings back. After several calls to ask for my railings to be returned, I told him that I was going to file a police report that he took something off my property and did not return it. One morning I woke up and found my unpainted railings throw in my yard. This company is absolutely horrible. My advise is spend a little extra and get a professional job. This was the most horrible expierence ever.
