Not ok, very unprofessional, they took over 12 months to take a look at my taxes and ask the estate for an extension without my knowledge and then ask me for $$$ to pay the taxes, few days ago a letter came from IRS with penalties and a very high amount due, because they never paid my taxes. Stay away please!
