Normally, I would give a 3-4 star review. However, a key consideration when recommending a business is how they handle things when there is a problem. There were issues with the job (the details don't matter because we agreed on a solution). After some negotiation, Raul agreed to refund $150 to me by depositing a check directly into my account. On June 20th, in writing, Raul promised to deposit the money later in the week.



June 27th I sent a follow up email asking if money was deposited. No response.

June 28th sent a follow up email again. No response.



It is now July 3rd. No deposit, no response.



I can see Raul pointing out all the reasons why he didn't feel he should have to refund $150. But, it doesn't matter. He made a promise to a customer and broke it.



Average work at average prices (I think you can do better). But, if anything goes wrong, he doesn't stand by his word.
