I had my daughter enrolled in Kindercare for about a year and I found it to be a safe environment but bad management. The director was never available for any of my concerns, my daughter's teacher was always changing (making it hard for her to develop a relationship with her teacher). Payments were never posted on time, and once they did a lump sum was taken from your account. My daughter was constantly sick, making me question the sanitation of the facility. At first my daughter would bring home creative pieces of art work, and towards the end of her stay she was only scribbling on pictures from a coloring book. On a positive note, like I said I always felt my daughter was safe. The doors had good security locks and the check in/out system was reassuring. Kindercare is in dire need of someone who can shape up this facility to hire dependable employees to make it a great place for both parents and their children.
