Creative Family Solutions, Inc is a private agency licensed by the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to provide: A qualified clinician is assigned to each new referral. Children, adolescents, and adults with special needs are empowered to hire their own service provider. The assigned clinician assists the consumer with the interviewing process and waits for the consumer's final decision prior to initiation of services.
