My home was hit by a tornado. These people swooped in when I was in shock and in a desperate situation and assured me they would take care of everything. They had replaced a roof for a neighbor, so that's why I went with them. Things started off good. My mistake was handing over the first check, then things took an ugly turn. Projects weren't getting done, calls weren't being returned (I was even hung up on). I knew I'd messed up. The flooring guy was great and I would highly recommend his work. The owner and his son are lacking in professionalism and promptness. Almost everything was completed. Bottom line: I would not recommend this group. It caused me a lot of stress. My neighbors all felt the same way. Lesson: plan now for using a highly reputable (Angie's List?) group before you're in a desperate situation.
