Jerry's Heating and AC is a family owned business that takes pride in providing honest and affordable service. They have always been prompt in responding to a service call and try to troubleshoot before coming out which could save you money. I would recommend Jerry's Heating and AC to anyone who is looking to have a new install or service. They are trustworthy and know their products.

Installed a new HVAC system on my new house, wish I would of been asked about a few things or even met the guy before he did it.

We contacted Jerry's Heating and Cooling last night, when the heat stopped working in the house. They said that they would be out in the morning. So, we went and picked up a couple of electric heaters to keep the kids (ages 1 and 7) warm until it could be fixed the next day. At 7:45 the next morning, I got a call from Tom, who works for Jerry's Heating and Cooling. He told me, "I just spoke with Jerry. He doesn't want to come down there, and everybody else is busy. You will have to find someone else to do the job. Maybe Kristy in Eau Claire can do it". Obviously, a 10-mile drive from Chippewa Falls to Eau Claire is too long of a distance to drive for this company. It is unfortunate that this company seems to care little that there are small children living in this house, and that the temperatures outside are at the freezing level. This is the company that installed our house furnace. I believe that they will be there to install your furnace (big $ there), but that they will not be there to back up that installation if something goes wrong with it in future (like the problem we are currently experiencing). I suggest STRONGLY that you steer clear of this business!
