Technician Craig was on time for appointment. He was very knowledgeable and started troubleshooting my problem. He identified my problem and gave me information on other potential problems I may have in the future. He resolved my problem and walked me through each step he was taking and why. He was very good at communicating, very professional. I will defiantly call Safe-Way again.

First off, when you call they will not quote you over the phone, but I have to admit they provide a fast service. It was about 2 hours after I called that a technician was there. The technician that came by was very knowledgeable and friendly, however, the prices this company charges are insanely inflated. I was quoted $380 just to hang the ceiling fan. That is only the actual hanging of fan. There is a completely separate cost for the wiring to a switch. I highly doubt these reviews are legit as for I find it hard to believe that this many people would give good reviews and not mention the insane prices this company charges.

Dave was very up front and very professional at all times during our appointment. He explained every thing in great detail ensuring me that every thing from here on would run as it needed to in which we have not had any other problem's. Safe Way Electric Company is a very professional and reliable company coming right when you need them and getting the job done right the 1st around. Thanks Safe Way Electric Company.

Tech, Andrew came out and I felt that both him and Safe Way Electric were very professional and courteous. Andrew explained to me what y problems were and how he was going to correct them in a timely manner. Not only did he correct the problem and install my bathroom fan, he added precautionary measures to make sure my family was safe in case of a fire or natural disaster. Way to go.

DON'T USE! An electrician came to my home, took my electrical panel outside apart saying he needed to make sure if was working properly. After it was taken apart, he stated it would cost almost $8000.00 to replace. I told him that I did not have that kind of money, due to the fact that I'm a single mother of two and didnt realize the panel wasnt working in the first place and I would have to repair it another time. After I said that, he informed me that he would not put the panel back together unless he replaced it for the $8,000 and that he would be forced to call the fire dept on me. I ended up calling my brother-in-law and he was going to come over to get more info from the electrician since I didnt know much about this stuff. As soon as I told the electrician that he was coming over, he immediately left, leaving the panel apart. I had to call licensed contractor to come (last minute, emergency service) and he put it back together. There was no issue that was remotely dangerous per the contractor. Thankfully, That contractor only charged me a service call only, not after hours fees. Safe-Way is a SHAM! They took advantage of me the second they had the chance. BAD BUSINESS, don't believe the good reviews, they have to be FAKE!

The technician was a little late. Then he received 3 personal calls within his 30 minute presence in my home. His use of profanity and inappropriate conversation topics basically ruined any chance of this company working in my home. Sorry, but I don't feel right having someone in my home, around my family who talks about partying and using racist remarks freely. Although Im not part of the ethnic group that he was putting down in his conversation, I still took offense and found it unprofessional.

The standard and quality of work performed by Safe Way Electric was excellent. Both technicians were outstanding. The service was very professional. Many thanks to Andrew and Eddie!

We needed emergency service and Safe Way came out right away and took care of it. Can't ask for more than that. Dave did a great job.

During our inspection, we noticed that the electrical box was a little old and not all the switches were labeled correctly, which caused my husband some concern. However, after we moved in (and hooked up the new washer/dryer) we realized that there was at least one blown fuse, and the light switch in one room didn't seem to work. Upon our realtor's recommendation, we called Safe-Way Electric, and they were able to come out on a day that I was going to be at the house

(painting...everlasting painting).



The electrician showed up on time and was quite cheery. Because I'm an absolute moron when it comes to home repairs (or any kind of repairs), I couldn't really explain what the problems where - I could only read off my husband's text messages to him in hopes that he understood what the problem was. The electrical box - old but 100% safe and compliant. No need to spend $2000 to switch it out...unless we had money to burn. Which we don't.

- The blown fuse - took 5 minutes.

- The light switch that "didn't work" - he changed the light bulb (yes, you read that right. I couldn't stop laughing at my husband all night). In and out in 10 minutes, he was very funny and gave me some tips on what we can do ourselves to save money in the future. So while owning a house has meant a billion unexpected bills and doing more renovation, with Safe-Way Electric, this was one thing I didn't need to worry about. Thank you so much !!!!!

Chris was very good, he really knew what he was doing, the phone representative Brittney was very professional and friendly the technician Albert they sent to my home was upfront and honest, his work was beautiful, great job thank you so much !
