Very poor customer support. My spa developed a crack after 3 years and they WILL NOT repair it.

I have purchased 3 tubs over the past 15 years from Sundance and this is the 1st problem I have had. After 3 months of repeated calls they are now saying that they will not fix the spa- that it was installed improperly, BUT it was installed by the local authorized Sundance dealer. Not very good customer service, and this is the last spa I will purchase from Sundance.
