Sunday night I was having dinner at Shima with my two boys. The waitress seat us immediately I order the shrimps fried rice , shrimps tempura, chicken yakitori and salmon halibut sashimi. When we receive our foods the shrimps fried was ok but the shrimps was over cook and the chickens yakitori was horrible. It was boil chickens and glaze with a sauce. Plus the shrimps tempura taste great for the first 15 minutes until the batter is not crunchy anymore. And my sashimi took 45 minutes to complete. Please don't take your faimly or friend there service is a joke
