Jesse's Air Systems license #864645 .Has Just found guilty by the CSLB for violating the business and professions code case #NA 2014009632 CHARGED ME $650 FOR A 45 MIN GAS VALVE REPLACEMENT JOB . Gave me a blank receipt and told me I was lucky his guys even worked on my unit . State licensing board agreed with me. That he cheated me .I want everyone to know the truth about this guy and my case . He has been sanctioned by CSLB .The people who license him. case #na2014009632

This Air Conditioning Company is the BEST!! I have been using this company for 12 years. I own multiple properties commercial and residential rental properties. They have always been professional, very reasonably priced and they have a quick response times in emergency situations. I have used multiple companies in the past and this one is by far the best!

Very unprofessional, was arguing with some of my family members about when the filter in the AC unit was changed. The Technician was also on the his cell phone arguing with another customer in Spanish and practically cursing that customer out.

The Technician sent out, if he is the owner or not, needs to learn people skills. Anyone that knows how to run a good business, knows not to argue with the customers, whether they are wrong or right. This company has proven they like to lose customers, with the rudeness the tech showed on the day he came out.

Whether this company is hired by the tenants or landlord, does not give the tech a right to be rude as he was. No one likes to work on Mondays, but that is not an excuse to be rude. Also, the company needs to teach their techs to be on time, coming way after the time frame given, is also very unprofessional. Time frame was between 9am-5pm, tech came 15 minutes to 6pm. The tech did not call the manager, so the manager could to tell us the tech would be late on that day. We have a right to know and not have to put our lives on hold, because the tech cannot make it at the time frame given.

Having a fish with a cross is also misrepresenting the company, that being part of a Christian religion gives them a right to be rude. Seeing that on the van, my family thought the tech would be nice and helpful, but like stated before, he was very rude.

When called to complain, someone answered saying they were the owner and was being rude. Would not recommend them, unless customers that hired this company like to argue.

Regardless if the technician has been to the house we rent, 2 years before we moved in, does not give him a right to question and demand to see a receipt from the filter we changed. Only the landlord has a right to see the receipt and she was sent a copy of it, when my family purchased and changed the filter. We have in the past rented and once owned homes with AC units, we know that filters need to be changed in AC and heating units.

My family members that the tech was rude with, are owed apologies, but they are not holding their breath and know they will not get one.
