I have known Francesca Rae since I was a little girl when her business started as a women's wear boutique in 1982. She expanded into custom made gowns back in the 80's and had flower girl dress made, then my debutante's gown, my wedding gown and my bridal party. She has the best customer service and does high quality made gowns. She is simply the best...very professional and nice person....
