Purchased a booklet for years car wash and went there on Friday April 21, 2017 and the waxing mechanism wasn't working so all cars had to be hand washed. I asked for a discount or free wash since my coupon couldn't be fully honored and was told no. I was given the choice of coming back at another time or getting a partial service. Neither of which was acceptable to me. I asked for a refund on my remaining coupons and was told no. When I finish my coupons I won't be going back.
