DO NOT GO HERE! Worst service I've ever experienced and I know I'll never experience again in my lifetime. If I could give them negative stars I would (deserves ZERO stars)! I really believe they are out there to rob money from the customers (and the owner argued with us for about 15-20 mins!!). The first day going he never gave a total (he refused to!), not even an estimate, so I assumed it shouldn't be much. He tried to give a fake smile and gain your trust. 2nd he said my things wouldn't be ready until 2 weeks and that they will call me (they never did). When I went to pick up my things they weren't ready and he wanted me to wait in the parking lot for another hour. I ended up going home, he said to come back the next day. We played that game for a whole month and a half!! I live in another city and just wasted my time and gas all those weeks and even when we'd call they would say to come in a certain day and when we'd go, same thing. The final time we go I was about to just ask for my things back and they happened to be "ready" and they were still trying to charge me $68 after all that?? I only had very little items and they weren't even done at all, especially what I had told them to do to them they didn't do. They seemed in worse condition if anything (except one pair of shoes they actually did something good, everything else I took was horrible whereas I should've just left them at home and they were still trying to charge me for all that!) I got home and realized my jacket hadn't even been washed, it didn't even smell clean. I honestly believe they just hanged it up to make it look like it was cleaned. I started scratching off the spots on it and it was coming off with my nail and spit (I was desperate) and how come they couldn't clean any of it with their supposed cleaners and location they had supposedly shipped it off to??? I don't know if you read this is but please heed these words!! This whole thing was a month a half nightmare and super stressful and angering (and I'm a super patient and nice person) and to top it off trying to reason with the owner and him arguing trying to make himself seem right and him saying I was lied to by my boyfriend and it was just crazy. That guy was something else. Worst service ever!! I would go back to ask for money back but I don't want to get into another intense annoying stressful showdown with those people. Crazy and so disappointing!! I'm not made of money either! Save yourselves the drama and trouble!

Do not use these people for dry cleaning.

I went and droped off a suit and 3 dresses, and the clothes were not ready a week later on the day they gave me to pick up the clothes. Then they gave me part of the clothes on one day and the rest all most 2 weeks later. besides that they charged me extra for not picking it up on time when they had my clothes over 3 days late from their promised date. and one of my dresses was damaged!!!!!!

but they do know who to overcharge
