We moved here just 3 years ago and after having been ripped off so many times by Ford Dealership repair centers in Western North Carolina we were VERY scared to call anyone near Old Town.
Both our Ford trucks have some issues (thanks to Ford manufacturing taking the low road) so the only thing we could do once we moved here was to pray and ask for His guidance on where to go.
We went to Tri-County and was amazed at the kind, professional and most importantly the honesty of Cole and his team.
Months later we took our other Ford to them and had the same experience. We've now been to them at least 5 times within 3 years for assorted issues with both vehicles and always found Cole and his team to be the most honest and thorough repair center that we've ever worked with.
You can rely on Tri-County to be honest, respectful and experienced. Trust is just as important as skill in vehicle repair ........you get all that and more with these folks.
