This is the first time I had Peabody for a plumbing problem, I asked if he could replace my Moen kitchen faucet, he did respond quickly, to look at it, then came back to replace it to make along story short, it was not installed as should be, took a couple weeks to return, and was not happy with my reply to it is not installed right, I had my other faucet for ten years,( same one) and showed him directions, witch he was insulted with, I didn't want to be rude but I felt I new how the faucet worked, he got really defensive were he did fix it as I new should be but was rude about the whole ideal, that I was right, I never argued with him, he did fix it properly was upset as I was but his motive is you no time is money, he thought he was doing us a favor buy co by coming back ,I said I thought it was his job to fix it correctly. as a result be fore we decided to not get his services again, he got upset and said please don't call him again, This is a first for me,

I have used this company for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Returns calls promptly, calls when on their way, always polite, work is the best, very honest. I wouldn't use any other.
