I really enjoyed the food here...

I really enjoyed the food here! The workers seemed a bit cold and snobby but they didn't mess up my order and my burger was delicious. The cleanliness could have been much better however they were very busy so maybe they didn't have enough time to clean? I hear the DQ at the Eastfield mall is owned by the same family. That location has friendly workers every time I go and it's always clean!!! Too bad I hate going to that mall.

Dissapointed

I recently went to the Dairy Queen in Chicopee Ma, this morning around 11:30 and ordered a chicken strip basket and the cheese burger deal two for $2.22. It took them over five minutes to cook my food and I stood there watching the workers stand around talking about obsene subjects. Subjects young woman should not be sharing about their body's out loud in public. I recived my food and the chicken was raw, the fries were under cooked and the burger pattie was cold and was still pink when I bit into it. It seemed that all of their focus was on their conversation and cell phone calls and not on my food. I will never ever return to that horrible place. I heard cussing and the young girls ignored me when I told them my food wasnt cooked propperly. I could hear them cussing at me in the back kitchen while my five year old daughter stood besides me hearing words never used in our family vocabulary.

Dairy Queen NOT GOOD

All you know is what you want on the menu when you order. What you dont know is what happens behind the counter. I was a worker at this Dairy Queen not too long ago and there are somethings you should know. I have seen workers drop hotdogs on the floor and pick them back up and place them back in the warmer... same with chicken or frozen burger patties... whoopps. Working a 6hour shift with out a break makes you hungry so we dig out fingers inn oreo or heath or any and all kinds of candy and put it in out mouth, same with pickles or french fris or ice cubes. Half of us dont wash our hands before serving you. And when we dont like you for any reason or just because you are a snobby customer we have spit in blizzards before, or shakes, or in your food. Trust me on this I used to work there, if you done believe me ask to see a can of whiped cream... its non-dairy because the owners are too cheap and buy non-dairy... dont ask me what its made of... just trust me.

I dont recomend eating there unless you order a cone... its easy and quick and besides maybe dropping your cone on the ground before filling the cone tray it should be fine.

Excellent place to go for a cone. Service was great, workers were friendly and the kids loved the menu.
