I have been doing business with aquamatic for 5 years now. Last winter they winterized my sprinklers without me being at home, they scheduled it for 3pm and came sooner. I wasn't home so they proceeded to blow out system anyway. Again I wasn't home so I couldn't shut the main valve which is in my basement. Early May I went to turn on my system and flooded half my basement. I spent the rest of my day taking water out. I call them explain my situation and they scheduled an appt for 2 weeks. They come late on that date and only fix half of the problem and told me that they would come back to fix it but never heard from them. I had to call again for an appt and again they scheduled me for 2 weeks, guess what they never showed up. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service, again I had been doing business with them for 5 years. They get a -0 rating with me. I'll take my business elsewhere
