Horrible experience. This was my first time out on my own, my bestfriend and I decided we really liked this place. I was shown a different apartment to begin with but told it would be exactly the same, that was fine. Moving day into the apartment the place was soooo dirty!!!! We found a weed nugget with hair and dirt in the first bathroom! All cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms looked horrible like the stain had been wearing off from water damage or something? (they never got re-stained like they should have). A few days later we noticed that our feet were turning black from walking around barefoot!!!!! Gross!!!! (they said each apartment gets a carpet cleaning, ha!) they did indeed change the carpet though, still a big inconvenience when it should of been done before we moved in. Few more days later maybe a week, flies were always in the apartment and could not figure why we had so many all the time, maggots started appearing from nowhere in the kitchen floor, it was so creepy and gross. Found out they were coming from under the stove because apartment was not cleaned properly so we had an infestation, how fun! Now that we are moved out (finally!!) They are trying to charge us even half of the amount of the cleaning fee when we had ALREADY did a great job of cleaning it when we moved out because we wanted our whole deposit back. They said it took 2 cleaners 3.5 hours each for a "light cleaning"mind you its already been cleaned and its a 3bed 2 bath 900 sqare-foot. Managers were nice and maintenance workers were there in a timely fashion, otherwise do not move here.
