The Sheraton team came out to help update my home bringing it up to code. The standard of professionalism set by owner, Larry Ruby, is an undeniably high one. He has restored if not redefined the whole concept of customer service so diminished in our consumer culture today.

My property and I were treated with the utmost respect and polite consideration throughout the project. Every member of 'Team Sheraton' I had the pleasure of working with was knowledgeable in his specialty and very well trained. Paying close attention to the smallest details.

Although complicated, my job was completed well within the estimated time spite of my attempt to 'assist'. Exceeding my every expectation.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome or recommend this company any higher.

What ever you do, don't ever look on Cohasset Lane for an apartment. It looks ok from the outside but the apartment I live in is cancerous. The electricity, the plumbing, the ants, the junction box, and some caustic liquid burning a hole in my carpet in the bedroom. My bathtub and my kitchen sink have backed up with vile pipe discards and I had to fix the bathtub myself. I even had a piece of plastic cover in the bathroom fall on me and was told to tell the hospital I was too poor to pay so they would not have to take responsibility (I have pics of all of this). The deposit was 5 times more than most apartment buildings charge. Be aware of this property, it is a danger zone. Also, the building is not up to code in many ways including the height of the front steps so if you have feet or leg problems don't even look at these apartments. They are the Riverside Apartments on Cohasset Road.
