I have gotten two mattresses from them in the past decade, a full size and a queen pillow top. Both were great! They were not expensive, but not super cheap either, but reasonably priced. I like their customer service. The guys who I worked with to get my mattress were very helpful and nice. They are not pushy at all which is a big plus (compared to Mattress Firm across the street). They're there to work, but mostly to assist you in choosing the right one for your budget and comfort. If you don't end up buying one, that's fine, they leave you alone to look around and talk with them. I recommend them for these reasons. But if you want a cheap mattress, you won't find it here. I ended up getting a cheap one from Walmart for my kids bunk bed which worked out great.
