STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! ESPECIALLY UBER DRIVERS! They are scam artist at their best. They prey on customers who are not savvy to new or even pre-owned purchases. I will also be filing my complaint with Nissan Corporate, The Illinois Attorney General's office, Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Federal Trade Commission. It is time to stop corrupt people from preying on our communities to make a buck.

Buyer Beware! Bought a used car on January 28, 2015. Bought a 2007 Impala for $2,680. Paid with cash. I put $2,000 into the car. My goal was to sell the car and make money. I drove from Iowa to get the car. They were supposed to send me the title in the mail. 2 months later; they refuse to give me my title. They stated that there was a lien on the car for $5,000 and they refuse to pay off the previous lien on the car. They openly violate the contract we signed by refusing to pay off an old lien. They want me to bring my car back and refund me for the price of the car. They want to resell my car for a higher price so they can pay off the lien and not lose money. Do not do business with these people; they are the worst.

They were all an amazing help to me with my recent purchase of a Nissan Murano. I am a single, middle aged woman and found that most dealerships that I went shopping at I couldn't even get a salesperson to talk to me. They approached me answered my questions and gave me room to shop on my own. They were never pushy and respected what I wanted in a vehicle. They assisted me through the financing phase quickly and professionally. When my Murano was brought to me it was detailed to perfection!!! Western Avenue Nissan is indeed fortunate to have such attentive salespeople.

I had 2 bad experiences at used car lots so I decided to give Nissan a try after I heard their ad on the radio. My salesman was very helpful, not like the 2 other jerks who just rushed me through the process only to tell me I needed cosigners. The person who worked there was excellent at helping me. He wasn't pushy he was knowledgeable of the cars. I would recommend if you looking for a car to go and talk with him cause he will help you get what you're looking for.

Its has now been about a month since I brought my Nissan Altima and I am loving it. Thanks to my salesman at Western Ave Nissan that went above and beyond to assist me in buying my current vehicle. He was very precise and business savvy and had a great answer to every question I had.
