Do not do business with this company. They do not operate professionally as real estate investors. They purchased a distressed property on the southside of Chicago promising the owner that they would promptly file the Quit Claim Deed and pay any outstanding fees owed to the City of Chicago in early 2014. Since they did not file the Quit Claim Deed, they are not legally responsible for the property taxes or fees owed to the City of Chicago but they have possession of the property and are earning rental income. This company runs like slum lords and does not do business by the rules.
