Anne has created the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This is one of the places that made Lincoln Square and Ravenswood communal and desirable years ago. The coffee and teas are delicious, the music is low and very eclectic, but not corporate-safe. Couches are comfy and you never feel rushed. it soothes the daily rush. It's like Cheers but with coffee!
