I was very disappointed with my ride. First thing I was disappointed in was he was very rude, second thing his car was very messy with a Nasty smell and lastly, he was on his phone talking about his personal life getting irritated when I asked questions. RUDE & GHETTO NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM !

I CALLED @6a.m & WAS TOLD 3-15 MINS. WHEN I CALLED BACK WAS TOLD, "I'M STILL TRYING TO FIND YOU SOME1". WHAT?! SO Y WOULD YOU TELL ME 3-15? BY 7 STILL NO ONE. @7:30 A CAB WAS BLOWING. REALLY. I ALREADY MISSED WORK.

I called for a cab and they told me 3 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes I called back and they said they were still looking for someone to send to me. She said it with a attitude!! Why didn't you tell me no one was available when I called the first time!!! So unprofessional

I called sure-way livery service for a cab @11:03pm and I am still waiting. Sure-way livery service is not a reliable service nor are they dependable nor professionals on the telephone. They are rude, the dispatch operator hung up on me when I called back for the third time to see what the hold up was on sending the cab. I then requested another driver because the one dispatched earlier had not arrived yet. The dispatch operator yelled at me and said you missed him. I tried to explain that I have been standing in the window since the first call and no cab has come yet. The dispatch operator yelled at me again saying you missed him and hung up the telephone on me. All I was trying to do was get to work as well as getting there on time. sure-way livery cab service never came. NO!!! I would not recommend.
