I think this place takes advantage of women, I come to find out that what I paid for brakes on my car was astronomical. What I paid was 560.00 I could have paid was 425.00 I trusted this gentlemen when I asked him if that is usually the cost. Lesson learned

Had to get my power mirror rep...

Had to get my power mirror replaced on the driver's side because it was hit and destroyed by another car. I went to Super Max the next day and they had to order the part. I gotta call later that same day that the part came in and they installed it in just a few mins. Labor, Parts, and Taxes $165. Awesome service!!

Do not go to the place unless ...

Do not go to the place unless you have knowledge of cars. I went in and told the mechanic that the thermostat and water pump needed to get checked because, there was antifreeze leaking from the reservior tank. The said they would but they did not. Instead they told me it was a busted radiator hose. Even though there was no leaking from anywhere else they still said that it could cause this. After 4 hours and $140.00 later, my car was still in the same condition as it was when I took it in. I asked why didn't they checked what I asked and they said that they have to check other stuff first. I took it to anoher mechanic who actually checked the thermostat and found out that was the cause. He only charged me $120.00 parts and labor included to fix my car. I feel Supermax took advantage of my situation and was doing work that was not needed so they could benefit from it. I am tired of these companies and businesses taking advantage of consumers. If it weren't for the consumers they would have no business to run. Take back your voice consumers and let it be heard whenever you have been wronged.

Customer brought in vehicle which was overheating which she did state. After doing a visual inspection and a coolant pressure test. Upper radiator hose did have a hole in it and was shooting out coolant customer also was shown this at the time and agreed to fix hose and also asked for other services that i do not recall($140.00). She was also told she would need to repair the leak and did ask about the thermostat not working but we advised her to replace the (OBVIOUS) leaking with the hose and stated to we could re inspect the car from there. I belive there is no point in spending extra money on a peice you may not need. But it was 100% needed for her to replace the upper hose no questions asked. I always make it my priority and my employees priority to thoroughly explain to all my customers what may and may not occur after repairing certain parts on there vehicles. It is hard sometimes to explain somethings to people who may not know much about the mechanics of a car but i have and will continue to educate my customers till they are 100% understanding of whats going on.
