I happen to be in town and was walking in the neighborhood, so I decided to stop by. The weather in Chicago was unusually warm, and it was a gorgeous day out. Sociale had the windows open and the bar looked so inviting. I was warmly greeted by several staff members as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly.

I ordered a cocktail and the Brie with Bacon Jam flatbread. Listen Linda! OMG, it was amazing! I tried not to devour the whole thing, but my tummy wants what it wants. The bacon-onion jam paired perfectly with the brie and cured egg yolk on top. Hmmm...I suddenly need to make a trip to Chicago.
