I have to say that Q-Jin is a greedy tick.

They require you to sign a contract between you and Q-jin before you use their service. The contract says: If you get a job by Q-jin, and leave the employer within six months (or one year in some cases), you owe Q-Jin the cost equivalent of their commission fee received from your employer (generally 20% of your annual salary) and any other cost related to your job hunting. But, wait a minute, why do you have to owe such costs? They receive much money just by introducing you to an employer without any cost!

I got a job with their help, but I got a better offer so I decided to leave the employer after six months and a half from the date of employment. Then, I received a letter from Q-Jin's attorney, and Q-jin required me to pay not only the commission fee, but also relocation fee for my moving, air fare and lodging charge for my interview with the employer. The relocation fee, air fare and lodging charge were paid by the employer. Q-jin didn't pay any cents for that!!!!! (They asked me to provide copies of all receipts of the cost FOR THEIR INFORMATION before.) I heard that Q-Jin had a contract with the employer that Q-jin would return some % of the commission fee if I left within one year. So what? It is their business. Out of my responsibility!

I replied to Q-jin's attorney that I worked for more than six months therefore it was not subject to the contract. Eventually, they gave up on suing me though, they are greedy and incredible recruiting agent. I told this story to another recruiting agent. They were surprised and blamed that Q-Jin was not qualified as a recruiting agency.

I never ever recommend you to use their service. Or, if you fortunately get a job with their help, immediately stop contacting them. They would shift their business loss for you. They are a greedy tick which sucks your money or what???
