The managers look very rude and fake here they don't look like they like there Job and the food quality has gotten worst . They need to also hire servers that actually love there job

My wife and I went to Olive Garden last Friday evening in Harrisonburg After reading some of the reviews on the website, I was not sure what to expect so I timed the experience. And here's the results of our visit.
We arrived at 3:30 pm we were welcomed and taken to our table immediately and asked what we wanted to drink.
At 3:37 the server returned with our drinks. At that time we had decided what we wanted for dinner. At this point we ordered our food.
At 3 :45 the server returned with our soup and bread sticks. Which was delicious.
At 3:55 the server came with the main course which was delicious. The service was EXCELLENT! !!!! Also the server Was WONDERFUL !!!!!!

Love the Olive Garden! Now I won't have to drive to Winchester,VA when the one in Harrisonburg opens this summer. There are 16 of us anxiously awaiting the Grand Opening.

Be careful with the new computer terminals that have shown up at their restaurants. Games will show up, and without warning a $1.99 charge will be added to your bill if you play one.
If they want to charge for playing that's fine, but they should make it evident that there is a charge and how much it is.

I love Olive Garden have ever since 1994 when I was still married to my children's dad & we had come home on leave from Jacksonville, N.C where he was stationed in the Marine Corp & we went to the one on Rodney Parham road in Little Rock, Arkansas my first visit was all it took from that moment on Olive Garden became my very favorite restaurant ever I go any time I can unfortunately I haven't gotten to in quite a while do to my lack of time do to work & lack of funds but but I pray that will change soon.
