Moved into our house in November and felt we should get our ducts cleaned. Had a lot of coupons with dirt cheap prices from companies in the mail but reviews led us to Mr. Duct. They quoted a price, did not try and up sell and delivered what was promised. Techs were professional and friendly and the job I needed done was done correctly. Don't look anywhere else.

I interviewed several companies before we made a decision to go with Mr. Duct. I also read every review I could find on them and after much research we chose to go with this company. They exceed our expectations!!! We have a fairly large house with over 60 vents. (many of which we don't use). Mr Duct was one of the only companies that didn't charge us by the vent and they were the only ones that offered the video inspection. They were very, very professional, came right on time and explained everything to us along the way. It was extremely cold, but they suggested a method that reduced having our home wide open which made it more bearable. They were also one of the only companies that cleans your furnace as part of the job, and don't add on for every little thing. One person wrote that they up-sale but we found that to be far from the truth as well. They are not the cheapest guys but they are worth every penny to have the job done in this manner. Don't be lured by the low price, This is the company you want in your home.

whenever i call mr. duct, they are able to come that day, they have serviced my air conditioner and furnace. we have an older lennox furnace and not everyone is trained in it, but mr. duct's technicians have always been proficient in it.i feel they are honest and reputable and they have been following up with emails to see if your visit went well. i would recommend them

Mr. Duct did an excellent job cleaning our system. Service techs were friendly and treated our home with respect. They also returned with no questions asked after I relieved they missed a vent on their intial visit. Definitely would recommend their services.

Did a very thorough job, even spending a great deal of time cleaning the furnace & filters. Workers were very polite and efficient. Have already recommended them to others. Will use them again when its time.

After a large remodeling project, we just had Mr. Duct clean out our duct work. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. We were offered a coupon without having to ask! There were no surprise fees. The workers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I have used Mr. Duct twice. Once after a major remodeling project and again for general maintenance. The workers are always freindly and polite. They work efficiently and clean up very well. Highly recommended.

I needed to get my dryer duct cleaned as it was taking 4 hours for my loads to dry! I called Mr. Duct because they had a $20 coupon online. They were able to come out give and estimate and do the job in less than 15 minutes. It was great!

I am very happy with the service I recieved.I reside in an apartment and don't believe the previous owners had ever cleaned the ductwork or furnace. The servicemen who did the work were really open with me - showing me buildup, how to prevent it in the future and other things. I would reccomend this service.

I live in a new highrise building in downtown Chicago. As we were the first residents of our condo, we determined that a good duct cleaning was needed as our furnace filters were filling with construction dust. After contacting a number of duct cleaning services, we hired Mr. Duct through Angie's list. They followed up (unlike some of the other duct cleaning services) and negotiated a good price.Their employees were prompt and professional and did an excellent job.. It took them about 3 1/2 hours as we have 5 furnaces. SInce then, our furnace filters are clean when we change them. Highly recommend!!!

I had Mr. Duct clean dryer vents in multi unit buildings for me. They were courteous, professional, and arrived within the time frame that they indicated when I made the appointment. When we requested that they complete more work than was originally anticipated they accomodated us.

I was very happy with their service. They were behind schedule but I was called many times during the day to give me an update on their estimated time of arrival. When they came, they were professional and did a great job. It ended up being a challenge for them to get behind my dryer but they were able to do it and they even cleaned up all the dust that was behind it. Will definitely call them again to clean and would highly recommend them.

I used Mr. Duct for the first time to clean a dryer vent that had not been working properly even after I had other companies/individuals take a look at it. Mr. Duct arrived on time, were very professiona, organized, and knew exactly what to do. The vent now works perfectly. I will certainly use more of the Mr. Duct services
