You'd be better of living in the street. I had toilets above me leaking into my apartment and it couldn't be fixed because the management company didn't have a permit. ceilings fall in on me, and literally on me. I'm not kidding..the bedroom ceiling fell on me when I was in bed. Plaster and concrete. No calls from management if I'm ok etc. They don't work on weekends (heaven forbid). just awful.

I know that finding an apartment can be challenging, and you may find yourself looking at an apartment with this company. I strongly suggest that you LOOK ELSEWHERE, especially if you wanted to be treated like a paying tenant. We have had multiple problems with our apartment that required immediate attention, especially with a baby on the way, and have been completely ignored AGAIN AND AGAIN. The most recent and dangerous situation to be ignored by MPR Management was a sagging ceiling with a growing crack. We called so many times over the period of a month, left a written note to the maintenance man, did everything to have someone fix it. They continuously ignored us, which led to our ceiling COLLAPSING in our living room. A lot of stuff was ruined, family heirlooms, my iPad, my iPhone, our couch... What was their response when I told them I wasn't going to pay for these damages because they should have fixed it? You should have renter's insurance! Hahaha. It's our fault, how? We're in contact with a lawyer now. I tried writing and asking them to cover the damages and everything would be fine, but they figured we would just go away. Worst part? We're stuck in a two year lease... Hope the next management failure doesn't kill us...
