terrible managment....Bed bugs....Mice infested.... trash on property....manager down talks tenants....issues never addressed.... no working laundry facilities....those other reviews paid for....

I'm not a tenant but a visitor. One of my close relatives lives in this building. It seems to be very clean and maintained very well. They just need to get rid of that one security guard/receptionist or whatever she is. (Sherri) She is extremely rude and obnoxious and the management needs to discipline her. I limit my visits to that building to avoid dealing with her at all possible.

I love love love my place !!! I couldn't find a place in my price range until I found Midway Garden Apartments. I was finally able to move into my first real place and I'm really enjoying it.

Very secure, clean. Management is awesome

I have been living here for two years and absolutely intend to stay. My daughter and I bike ride to the lake. It is a great place to live. A special thanks to the amazing management team that always work with me whenever I need something fixed.

They do not pay their bills. We have been trying to collect money for our services now for over a year. No one will talk to you and no one will call you back. Very poor management.

MGA is a beautiful buiding. Jerri a tenant and customer service rep is bad business for MGA. She has a very unprofessional demeanor. She is bringing the property value down and running tenants out of the buiding. She has managed to get 6 reps fired and she is in everyone business.. She nerds to go and maybe MGA will ne pleasant again for the tenants who still lives there. Signed A Concerned Tenant

The constant water outages, electrical outages. Only one elevator 90 percent of the time. The hallways which require a bucket of paint remain unpainted for years. Management is defensive towards customer concerns. Work request are responded to in an untimely manner and security is arrogant and spotty. Your patience will be tried. There is no higher authority to appeal to. This is rent a cave, building without services.

This property has numerous water outages some announced some not. In 15 months comed has had to install portable generators so we don't live in caves. Only one elevator wkd 90 percent of the time in a building with 16 floors. The hallways remain unpainted and an eyesore to any guest you invite. Management is defensive and cavalier regarding the concerns of the tenants. Security is arrogant and spotty. They seem to be more inclined to make friends than protect the integrity of the building. Your patience will be tried if you come. This building is suited for young people who have no expectations for their living environs.

I am a student, and I have to stretch my dollars most of the time. It is great to know that I have a nice studio apartment without the high prices. The people in the building and the Management staff are so friendly. Midway Gardens Apartments is a hidden jewel!

I am a new tenant here at Midway Gardens. The management here really care about their tenants. They have an open door policy. You can voice your concerns and they will listen. So far I like living here. We had a BarBque and annual Christmas parties where tenants can meet others in the building. So far I have met some of the other tenants. When I first moved here I felt alone. I dont feel like that anymore. Its a family oriented building.

Living at MGA you cant beat it. Its affordable and you can shop in the area. Everything from restaurants to museums. Its always something to do during the summer.

Midway Gardens Apts has everything I want in an apartment. They have onsite Maintenance and Laundry facilities. They have an intercom system and I have beautiful neighbors.

I have been living at Midway Gardens Apartments for 10 years. I love the view and the location. I could not imagine living any other place. We have management onsite and 24 hours security. I feel safe and its home sweet home. I love living here. Its near the Univerity of Chicago Hospital and Washington Park and the bus stop and green line. I am enjoying living here.Signed S. Baker

Midway Gardens has been a great place for me to live. The apartments are extremely affordable and the commute to work is easy and quick.I have lived here for the last 5 years and there have been some great improvements and renovations to the building including a brand new fitness center.The community atmospehere can't be beat.
